Introductory Private Sessions

Private sessions provide one-on-one instruction so you can learn the basics of Pilates and become familiar with the equipment used in the studio.

Your instructor will guide you through:

  • breathing and core engagement
  • posture and alignment
  • foundational movements

These sessions are tailored to your body and experience level.

Beginner Series

The beginner series builds on what you learn during private sessions.

In a small group environment, you will begin to practice Pilates exercises with guidance and support from the instructor.

This stage helps you develop confidence and comfort within the studio environment.

Regular Classes

Once you are familiar with the movements and equipment, you can join regular classes and continue building strength and mobility.

Pilates is a progressive practice that grows with you.
