I’m a mom of two amazing kids (10 and 12), a lover of movement, fresh air, and finding joy in everyday life. I’m a recent graduate of the 400 hour intermediate Pilates teachers training program at Pilates from the Center. Whether I’m hiking, baking, reading, or catching up with friends, I believe in living with energy, connection, and a sense of fun. Pilates is my space to recharge - it helps me to stay strong, grounded, and present. I’m all about keeping it simple and real - no overthinking, just showing up where you are at. If you are looking for an encouraging, down to earth space to move and feel good, I would love to have you join me.
